I am the founding Director of UK Psychology Ltd and am a Consultant Chartered Psychologist with over 15 years experience specialising in psychological assessment and therapy for adults. Helping people who feel stuck, empty, overwhelmed or disconnected, offering a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space for people to talk about their troubles. I work in a collaborative and flexible way, tailoring therapy to suit the needs and resources of each person.
