What are your fees?

Self-funding fees are payable on or before each session by either cash, cheque or electronic bank transfer.
For insurance company billing please email your insurance details, as well as authorisation code before the first session. Please note that you are ultimately responsible for any shortfall in fees.
How long are the sessions?
All sessions are 50 minutes long.
How do I book an appointment?
There are 3 ways to book an appointment or to find out more about our services:

Will my session be confidential?
Yes. Your therapist will only extend the parameters of confidentially if you tell us something that is an immediate danger to yourself or someone else. If your therapist is concerned for your safety they will discuss this with you. This will always be with the view of keeping you or someone else safe.
Can I use my health care insurance?
Yes, we are covered by all major health care providers. We can invoice your provider directly on receipt of your membership and authorisation details, but please note that you are ultimately responsible for any shortfall in fees.
Do I have to pay if I don’t attend?
Sessions are paid for on, or in advance of the consultation date. The full fee is charged if cancelled at short notice (48 hours).
How can I pay?
We offer flexible approaches to accepting your payment, by accepting cash, cheque or bank transfer.. All major credit cards, debit cards payment can only be accepted at the Cardinal Clinic.
